3. Account and Subscription

Access to VO2 Coach requires a paid subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for unused portions of a subscription.

4. Third-Party Integrations

VO2 Coach may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., Garmin, Strava) to enhance your training experience. You grant us permission to access, store, and process data from these services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store data.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content, software, algorithms, and interfaces on the platform are the property of VO2 Coach LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose.

• Share your account credentials with others.

• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with our services.

• Misuse third-party data integrations.

8. Limitation of Liability

VO2 Coach LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform. We make no guarantees regarding training outcomes or athletic performance.

9. Modification of Terms
